K2 Digital is looking to add a proven lead generation expert to our team to perform inside sales activities. We employ a strategic consultative approach to selling that is focused not on pitching product, but solving organization complex digital problems. This role will work to refine specific messages, to evangelize around campaigns and generate genuine interest in our offerings. You will work with marketing and sales to bring our message to the market, and you will relentlessly follow with all omni-channel tools at your disposal to ensure that our outside sales team gets quality meetings to further communicate our offering and convert and close large enterprise level opportunities.
Our goal: "Become our clients Chief Digital Officer" across all areas of digital including Marketing, Technology, and Operations. If you are have experience as an inside sales representative at a software company, tech startup, or were involved in business development at SaaS based platform vendor – we want to hear from you. You are well-seasoned and hungry individual with a deep background in taking complex challenges and looking for a new angle on communicating around that challenge or pain chain to prospects. You thrive on creating a conversation with your target audience, you love helping your leads self select and take the next leap forward in their future success by choosing you.
Desired Skills and Experience
- You are expected to ruthlessly refine messaging, and constantly engage leads for the purpose of qualifying opportunities to the point that we win, or exit early.
- You understand how to manage pursuit efforts with a focus on engaging with the best and most qualified leads with a high probability of a win.
- Once you've opened and warmed the door you will leverage your experience and strategic thinking to communicate and bridge the opportunity to the outside sales team who will create and execute on the opportunity you have now generate from your lead.
- 2 or 3 years at a company doing inside sales for a product, platform, or service preferred.
- Experience in Financial Services, Mining/Resources, Energy, Insurance, and Asset Management is a must.
- Experience interacting, engaging and creating dialogue with Director Level all the way to C-Level leaders is a must.
- Strong ability to take strategic engagement stories from the field and convert those into winning campaigns with sales and marketing to garner more leads.
- Understanding of CRM, and an ability and knowledge of sales qualification as it relates to qualifying leads and converting to opportunities.
